The Stalled Proposal Kit is a £29 one-time digital PDF purchase. The Deal Rescue Session is a £295 one-time, 60-minute advisory session on one live proposal and includes the kit. Displayed totals include any applicable VAT. These are business purchases.
A verified £29 kit purchase can be credited once towards one session, leaving £266 to pay. The credit is not cash, cannot be used twice and is unavailable against a refunded kit purchase.
Only one session is supplied for each kit credit. If more than one session payment succeeds for the same kit, we keep one session (the credited £266 payment where there is one) and contact you about any other payment before supplying anything further. We do not treat an additional payment as a request for a second session unless you confirm it. If your credit could not be applied and you paid £295 for a single session, we refund your separate £29 kit payment, because the session includes the kit.
The PDF is available after successful payment verification. A session appointment is agreed after purchase against current calendar availability; checkout does not reserve a particular time. Contact us to arrange or change the appointment.
If we cannot offer you a session time within 30 days of your session payment, we refund the amount you paid for the session: £295, or £266 if you used your kit credit. If you used your kit credit, you keep your separately purchased kit.
Your private access link checks your payment each time it is used. A full refund or a payment dispute ends access to that purchase. A partial refund made as a billing correction does not. A session purchase includes the kit, so refunding a separate kit payment does not remove kit access provided through a valid session purchase.
The business terms linked above also apply, including their provisions for non-supply, material defects, billing errors, internal-use licence and limitations. Contact us promptly if the product is unavailable or if you need to change or cancel a session. No buyer response, sale or revenue is guaranteed.
